The present invention relates to a disposable mouthpiece applied with iontophoresis and, more specifically, to a mouthpiece provided to be used for a single use when performing oral anesthesia or treating a fluoride solution by using iontophoresis. In the disclosed mouthpiece which forms a curved receiving groove on the front and rear side thereof in a form surrounding the gums, a drug cotton provided as oral anesthetic drugs or fluoride solution drugs are impregnated is embedded in the receiving groove of the mouthpiece. An elastic wire is embedded in a central portion of the drug cotton to have elasticity while forming a curved shape, and the drug cotton is pressurized to the gums and comes close contact with the gums. The outer periphery of the drug cotton is covered by non-woven fabrics to form a curved shape and is seated in the receiving groove of the mouthpiece. The elastic wire is laid on the bottom surface of the mouthpiece, and maintains a predetermined shape while compressing the bottom surface.
