PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip cover having a warmer housing part, the grip cover which can be used simply by wrapping around a grip of a carrying bag or of a wheeled walker regardless of a grip diameter, which gives no influence to gripping with ease, and which is free from deterioration of adhesion in the wrapping part even for repeated attachment/detachment to/from a grip.SOLUTION: This is a grip cover which is nearly squarely formed with a flexible base material 1 and which is used by wrapping around a rod-like grip G.
