The invention relates to a cosmetic composition intended for inclusion in a hair care product, and to such a hair care product. The composition contains a combination of the following components: (a) a mineral complex containing a combination of cosmetically acceptable mineral salts, where the indicated combination contains a magnesium salt and a salt selected from among a salt of iron, calcium, copper, zinc or any combinations thereof, wherein the indicated magnesium salt is formed with a cosmetically acceptable monobasic or dibasic amino acid, and the indicated salt of iron, calcium, copper and/or zinc is formed with a cosmetically acceptable aldonic acid, (b) an amino acid complex containing a combination of glycine and its cosmetically acceptable N-trialkyl derivative, and (c) an extraction complex containing a combination of water-glycerin extracts of green algae of genus Chlorella and red algae of genus Chondrus.L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique destinée à être incluse dans un produit capillaire ainsi qu'un produit capillaire.
