The insertable instrument includes a tube having a coupling part and a suction part, and a sealing material arranged in the length direction of the coupling part and proximal to the suction part. When the suction part and the sealing material are inserted into the uterus, the sealing material contacts the vaginal canal and forms a seal between the vaginal opening and the uterus. The suction portion includes a first loop having an opening that is directed away from the inner wall of the uterus when the suction portion is inserted into the uterus.
