A quick and safe mower washing device and method. A washing base (1) is of a structure having an arc-shaped upper surface and a flat bottom surface. A limiting block (2) is fixed at one end of the washing base (1). A water pipe connector (7) is provided on the rear portion of the limiting block (2). Several water outlets (10, 16, 17, 18) are formed in the arc-shaped surface of the washing base (1). An inward-depressed plane groove (4) is formed in the front portion of the limiting block (2). Planes (5) are provided at the upper and lower positions of the plane groove (4). A positioning mark (6) is provided at the top portion of the limiting block (2).
