More specifically, embodiments described herein concern thediscovery, manufacture, and use of compositionsthat remove immunosuppression the immune system by binding to immunoregulatorypeptides that interact with receptors onimmune cells, compositions that can stimulate immune cells, and compositionsthat are cytotoxic to tumor cells.
