The present invention relates to a handpiece assembly, which comprises: an ultrasonic horn comprising a horn body extending obliquely from one end toward the other end, a tip connecting part located at one end of the horn body, and a vibration transmitting part located at the other end of the horn body； a vibrator penetrated by the vibration transmitting part and exposing the vibration transmitting part； and a horn connecting cylinder made up of a cylinder body accommodating the vibration transmitting part around the vibrator.
