PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe in which an acoustic wave transducer such as an electrostatic capacitance type transducer can be arranged along a curved surface shape, and which secures insulation quality with the outside.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave probe 100 comprises an acoustic wave transducer unit 101 having a plurality of acoustic wave transducers 103 dispersed on flexible wiring. The acoustic wave transducer unit is arranged on a support member 102 having a curved surface or the like. The acoustic wave transducer unit includes a plurality of chips 112 respectively having acoustic transducers, and flexible wiring 111 connecting the chips.
