PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a composite image which properly represents blood flow and tissue property.SOLUTION: An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus comprises an acquisition part, an image generation part and a composition part. The acquisition part acquires blood flow information including a value representing a blood flow at each position in a subject and tissue property information including a value representing a tissue property at each position in the subject on the basis of the result of ultrasonic scanning of the subject. The image generation part generates a first image in which a difference in values of the blood information is expressed by at least hue difference and a second image in which the difference in values of the tissue property information is expressed by a certain difference other than hue difference.
