An effervescent beverage containing a grain degradation product which contains creamy and tasty foam having a refreshing texture and a new texture of a prolonged creamy-foam retention is formed on the effervescent beverage upon drinking, a method for dispensing and a dispenser of such effervescent beverage are disclosed. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for dispensing the effervescent beverage containing a grain degradation product by cooling the effervescent beverage and pouring it into a vessel to serve, wherein foam having a snow-like refreshing texture and a new texture of a prolonged creamy-foam retention is formed on the effervescent beverage, said method comprising: forming a slurry containing the extract-frozen microparticles by cooling and stirring the effervescent beverage, preparing the frozen foam of the effervescent beverage containing the extract-frozen microparticles and fine bubbles by cooling and stirring the slurry and incorporating the outside gas into the slurry, and supplying the prepared frozen foam of the effervescent beverage to the effervescent beverage poured into a vessel as a foam component.본 발명에는, 음용시에 상쾌한 식감과 크리미한 거품 유지가 지속되는 기호성이 높은 새로운 식감의 거품이 형성된 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료를 제공하는 것, 및 이러한 발포성 음료의 디스펜싱 방법, 디스펜서가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료를 냉각하고, 용기에 주출하여 제공하는 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료의 디스펜싱 방법에 있어서, 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료액을 냉각 및 교반 처리함으로써 엑기스 동결 미립을 포함하는 슬러리를 형성하고, 상기 슬러리를 냉각, 교반 및 외기 가스 혼입 처리에 의해 엑기스 동결 미립과 미세 기포를 함유하는 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료의 동결 발포체를 제조하고, 상기 제조된 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료의 동결 발포체를 용기에 주출된 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료에 포말 성분으로서 공급함으로써, 눈처럼 상쾌한 식감과 크리미한 거품 유지가 지속되는 새로운 식감의 거품이 형성된 곡류 분해물 함유 발포성 음료가 제공된다.
