PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device, method, and program capable of reducing a wrong start caused by an electromagnetic wave noise while saving power consumption.SOLUTION: In a power saving mode of operating with a power smaller than that in a normal mode, a body composition meter 10 causes a biological impedance measurement unit to measure a biological impedance at predetermined intervals.
