The present invention applies the supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process to treat active pharmaceutical ingredient propyl gallate to prepare propyl gallate microparticles. The present invention reduces the average particle size of the active pharmaceutical ingredient propyl gallate from about 500 μm to less than 50 μm and efficiently enhances the anti-oxidation ability thereof.本發明以超臨界反溶劑法,針對原料藥沒食子酸丙酯進行處理,以製備沒食子酸丙酯微粒。本發明可將原料藥沒食子酸丙酯之平均粒徑自約500微米縮小至小於50微米,並有效提升其抗氧化能力。
