The present invention relates to a head mount system for providing a surgery support image, comprising: a head mount body wearable on the head of a user; a near-infrared camera provided on the head mount body so as to photograph a near-infrared ray; a near-infrared image projection unit provided on the head mount body so as to project a near-infrared image; a near-infrared image processing unit for generating the near-infrared image by receiving an image captured by the near-infrared camera, and transmitting the near-infrared image to the near-infrared image projection unit; and a transparent optical system provided on the head mount body so as to be located in front of the eyes of the user when the head mount body is worn on the head of the user, transmitting visible rays such that the user can see ahead, reflecting the near-infrared rays, which enter from ahead of the user, at the near-infrared camera such that the near-infrared camera can photograph the near-infrared rays, and reflecting the near-infrared image, which is projected from the near-infrared image projection unit, at the eyes of the user.
