The present invention relates to a 2-(phenylamino)benzo[d]oxazol-5-ol derivative, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases. According to the present invention, the 2-(phenylamino)benzo[d]oxazol-5-ol derivative, or an optical isomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has excellent activities of preventing T cells from producing interferon gamma (IFN), an inflammatory cytokine, by Interleukin-2 (IL-2) known as a T cell proliferation stimulating factor and from being differentiated into T helper cells 1 (Th1 cells) mainly expressing 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), and of inhibiting expression of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) effectively. Thus, the 2-(phenylamino)benzo[d]oxazol-5-ol derivative is useful for a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases.본 발명은 2-(페닐아미노)벤조[d]옥사졸-5-올 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 2-(페닐아미노)벤조[d]옥사졸-5-올 유도체, 이의 광학 이성질체, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 T 세포가 T 세포의 증식 촉진인자로 알려진 인터루킨-2(Interleukin-2, IL-2)에 의하여 염증성 사이토카인인 IFNγ(Interferon gamma) 생성과 5-리폭시게나아제(5-Lipoxygenase, 5-LO)의 발현이 주로 나타나는 Th1(T helper cells 1) 세포로의 분화를 방지하고, 인터루킨-6(Interleukin-6, IL-6)의 발현을 효과적으로 억제하는 활성이 우수하므로, 이와 관련한 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
