The present disclosure is related to a formulation that includes in its composition steroid-type and Polypeptide-type hormone molecules, either in neutral or organic salt form, and/or molecules with at least one carboxyl and/or carbonyl group, acting as an active inducer in an in situ treatment, minimally invasive, non-surgical, preferably on intact injuries, taking advantage of the natural microenvironment of the injury, to induce the regeneration of damaged bones, tendons, ligaments and cartilage as well as in the treatment of alopecia in the mammalian body. The use of the formulation of the present invention ensures eradication of the injury, whether or not the injury is at an early stage as well as partial or total regeneration of the compromised tissue.La presente invención se refiere a una formulación que incluye en su composición moléculas hormonales de tipo esteroideo y de tipo polipeptídico, ya sea en forma neutra o de sal orgánica y/o moléculas con al menos un grupo carboxilo y/o carbonilo, que actúa como un activo inductor en un tratamiento in situ, mínimamente invasivo, no quirúrgico, preferentemente sobre lesiones intactas y que aprovecha el microambiente natural de la lesión, para inducir regeneración de huesos, tendones, ligamentos y cartílagos dañados así como en el tratamiento de la alopecia en la economía corporal de mamíferos. El uso de la formulación de la invención asegura erradicación de la lesión, esté o no en etapa temprana, y regeneración verdadera, parcial o total, de los tejidos comprometidos por la lesión.
