The present invention relates to a method for producing a vaccine against swine erysipelas diseases through the immobilization of antigenic proteins. The method comprising the steps of: producing a fused protein connected with a cellulose binding domain (CBD) protein and a surface protective antigen A (SpaA) which is an antigenic protein derived from Erysipellothrix rhusiophathiae; and fixing the fused protein to a cellulose matrix.본 발명은 돈단독균(Erysipellothrix rhusiophathiae) 유래 항원성 단백질 SpaA(surface protective antigen A) 및 셀룰로오스 바인딩 도메인(CBD) 단백질이 연결된 융합 단백질을 제조하고; 상기 융합 단백질을 셀룰로오스 매트릭스에 고정화하는; 단계를 포함하는 항원성 단백질 고정화를 통한 돈단독 질병에 대한 백신 제조 방법에 대한 것이다.
