A cosmetic composition is provided to disperse capsules and beads contained therein with reducing the amount of a polymer used and increasing viscosity of a cosmetic and provide a general skin feeling without stickiness. A gel type cosmetic composition where capsules or beads are stably dispersed comprises 0.1-0.3 wt.% of acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate copolymer and 0.05-0.5 wt.5 of a surfactant which is at least one selected from the group consisting of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, octyl dodeses-16 and octyl dodeses-25.본 발명은 캡슐 또는 비드가 안정적으로 분산된 젤 타입의 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 친유성사슬을 가진 폴리머인 아크릴레이트/C10-30 알킬 아크릴레이트 코폴리머와 계면활성제의 상호작용을 이용하고, 최적의 함량을 선택하여 화장료 조성물의 점도를 상승시키고, 이를 통해 폴리머의 사용량을 줄여 사용감을 개선하면서도 분산된 캡슐 등의 안정성을 유지할 수 있다.
