PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified chlorogenic acid-containing formulation useful in production of chlorogenic acid-containing beverages which rarely become cloudy even in an acid region.SOLUTION: The method for producing a purified chlorogenic acid-containing formulation includes: a first step of dispersing/dissolving a starting chlorogenic acid-containing composition in a mixed solvent consisting of an organic solvent and water in the presence of acid clay or activated clay； a second step of removing precipitate formed in the dispersion/solution obtained in the first step； a third step of adjusting the solution obtained in the second step to chlorogenic acid concentration of 1.5-10 mass% and pH of 2-4； and a fourth step of separating precipitate formed in the adjusted solution obtained in the third step. When the chlorogenic acid-containing formulation, which is prepared by the above method and includes chlorogenic acid at concentration of 10-80 mass% in a solid component, is adjusted to chlorogenic acid concentration of 0.6 mass% and pH of 2-4, turbidity of the solution is ≤65 NTU, and a mass ratio ((K+Na)/chlorogenic acid) of the total of potassium and sodium to the chlorogenic acid is ≤0.18.【課題】酸性領域においても濁りの発生が抑制されたクロロゲン酸類含有飲料の製造に有用な精製クロロゲン酸類含有製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】原料クロロゲン酸類含有組成物を、酸性白土又は活性白土の存在下に有機溶媒及び水の混合溶媒に分散又は溶解する第１の工程と、該第１の工程により得られた分散液又は溶解液中の析出物を除去する第２の工程と、該第２の工程により得られた溶液中のクロロゲン酸類の濃度を１．５～１０質量％、かつｐＨを２～４に調整する第３の工程と、該第３の工程により得られた濃度調整液中に発生した析出物を分離する第４の工程とを含む精製クロロゲン酸類含有製剤の製造方法により得られ、かつ固形分中のクロロゲン酸類濃度が１０～８０質量％である精製クロロゲン酸類含有製剤であって、クロロゲン酸類の濃度を０．６質量％、かつｐＨを２～４に調整したときの水溶液の濁度が６５ＮＴＵ以下であり、カリウムとナトリウムの和とクロロゲン酸類との質量比（（Ｋ＋Ｎａ）／クロロゲン酸類）が０．１８以下である、精製クロロゲン酸類含有製剤。【選択図】なし
