PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member having a shellfish adhesion inhibition function and a sheet member for imparting the shellfish adhesion inhibition function to the structural member.SOLUTION: A structural member includes a structural member body being a member soaking in water in substitution for a structural member used in a conventional on-water structure or underwater structure, and a sheet member being a member made of a sheet-like base material for wrapping the structural member body. The base material has the sheet-like base material made of flexible materials, a first layer attached to at least one of the base material and made of pressure-sensitive adhesives or adhesives for forming the layer, and a second layer attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesives and made of powder of copper or copper alloy for forming the layer to at least one surface of the base material.
