The device has a container intended to contain a bolus (35) when the device is in a loading position, and an ejection device for ejecting the bolus, where activation of the ejection device causes the device to move from the loading position to a delivery position in which the bolus is partially ejected from the container. The container includes a flexible O-ring (31) intended to maintain the bolus in the loading position, and to allow the passage of the device to the delivery position upon activation of the ejection device.La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'administration de bolus à usage vétérinaire comprenant un réservoir (13, 15) adapté pour contenir au moins un bolus (35) lorsque ledit dispositif est dans une position dite de chargement, et des moyens d'éjection dudit bolus, l'activation desdits moyens d'éjection entraînant le passage dudit dispositif depuis ladite position de chargement vers une position dite de délivrance selon laquelle ledit bolus est éjecté au moins partiellement du réservoir. Ledit dispositif est remarquable en ce que le réservoir (13, 15) comprend des moyens de maintien (31) flexibles adaptés pour maintenir ledit bolus (35) dans ladite position de chargement et pour autoriser un passage vers ladite position de délivrance lors de l'activation des moyens d'éjection.
