The end diversion shield for a corn-harvesting attachment to a combine harvester comprises the following components: a closing part, a sharpened leg, the first hinged element and the second hinged element. The closing part stretches substantially in the longitudinal direction, closes the rear part of an in-line device and forms the farthest side wall of the corn-harvesting attachment from the centre, the sharpened leg stretches substantially in the longitudinal direction and is connected as capable of rotation to the front end of the closing part for upward and downward rotation around the horizontal axis stretching substantially in the transverse direction and for closure of the front end of the in-line device. The first hinged element is fixed to the closing part. The second hinged element is connected as capable of rotation to the first hinged element for provision of the possibility to rotate the first hinged element and the closing part, around the hinge axis stretching substantially in the longitudinal direction.
