PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a hair-like part of spherical vegetable at a precise position while suppressing equipment cost, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hair-like part cutting device comprises: a roll 1 for rotating spherical vegetable 9 a rotary mechanism 4 for rotating the roll 1 and a cutting part 3 for cutting a hair-like part 9B of the spherical vegetable 9.
