The curved board 2 is formed into a shape curved in a bent direction corresponding to the spreading direction of a net opening in a towed state, in the direction directing from the front-side terminal parts on the front side in the towed direction in the towed state to the rear-side terminal parts on the rear side in the towed direction in the towed state.
