- 本发明公开了一种可降解的功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用静电纺丝技术制作纳米纤维载药层;将天然抗菌材料木棉经非织造工艺制成木棉水刺非织造布,即吸液层。本发明工艺简单,高效便捷,载药层利用静电纺丝工艺制备载药聚乳酸纳米纤维,当纤维降解或遇水溶胀时,药物成分会缓慢释放,并且能够有效阻隔细菌和有害粒子,造成一个适合组织生长的良好环境,促进组织生长;吸液层采用的非织造木棉纤维,天然,抗菌,环保。非织造工艺生产木棉,产能高效并保留原纤维的优异性能极大的提高了生产效率和产品性能。
