The invention provides a hair-growing agent composition, which is capable of treating exiguous human hair, calvities occurring in females due to lowering of the estrogen concentration along with the aging by using soybean isoflavones aglycone and 6-benzyl amino purine at the same time and has great calvities prevention effect while having hair-growing effect. The invention provides a hair-growing agent composition containing soybean isoflavones aglycone and 6-benzyl amino purine. An ideal condition is that the soybean isoflavones aglycone is any one from the daidzin, genistin and the mol ratio between soybean isoflavones aglycone (A) and 6-benzyl amino purine is 1:1000000 - 1000:1 or the like.
