PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling box transporting container configured to retractably mount a stand parallelly installing seedling boxes in an oblique attitude in a base frame form, by sliding, and intended for increasing the number of loading of seedling boxes while performing an operation of taking in and out a seedling box installing stand in a range of a work height of a worker standing around a carrier of a truck.SOLUTION: The seedling box transporting container is configured such that the stand obliquely placing a seedling box is retractably loaded by sliding along the horizontal direction on an upper surface of a frame-like base whose floor area nearly corresponds to an area of a carrier of a truck.
