PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain dry sterilization technique for low-molecularizing the heads and shells of lobsters of crustacea wastes, and (a dry sterilization method of crustacea wastes and dry sterilized powder of crustacea) which facilitate extraction of low molecular amino acid.SOLUTION: The heads and shells of lobsters of crustacea wastes are permeated/impregnated with pineapple enzyme fruit juice containing natural mineral ion. Then, with a superheated vapor drying sterilizing means, the head and shells are crushed to obtain dry sterilized powder and useful component solution of crustacea wastes.
