FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry, and is intended for osteosynthesis of mandibular fractures with simultaneous elimination of toothlessness and further dental implantation. Survey, including 3D computed tomography is carried out to assess the lower jaw conditions. Titanium miniplate is simulated. After premedication under endotracheal anesthesia, an incision is made 5 mm above the mucous-gum line, at the level of the segment of the lower jaw that grasps the fracture and missing teeth region, the outer surface of the lower jaw is skeletonized. Bone fragments are repositioned to the correct anatomical position. Through the holes in the titanium miniplate, perforation holes are made on the bone fragments perpendicular to the fracture line. Jaw is additionally provided with a bed under the horizontal portion of the L-shaped projection of the titanium miniplate in the region of secondary toothlessness. Osteosynthesis of the jaw fracture is carried out. Titanium miniplate is placed on the jaw, combining perforation holes with the holes on the titanium miniplate. Titanium miniplate is fixed to the jaw fracture along the edges from the crack of the fracture to the bone with screws, which are installed in the holes. In the upper part, the titanium miniplate has a L-shaped projection directed towards the inside, with the possibility of supporting a horizontal section on the lower jaw, which is placed in the preformed bed. From the horizontal portion of the L-shaped projection, implants perpendicularly go to install the structure after repositioning the bone fragments at the level of the lost teeth.
