The invention discloses an inoculation method for promoting agar production of agarwood, with which various different bacterial solutions are transfused into the xylem of the agarwood in batches by utilizing transfusion equipment to gradually induce the agar production of the agarwood. The inoculation method sequentially includes the steps of: transfusing a first bacterial solution into the xylem of the agarwood to enable the agarwood to ooze resin for agar production along the xylem; transfusing a second bacterial solution and a third bacterial solution, and enabling a mutual repulsion between the bacterial solutions to widen the range of agar production; transfusing a fourth bacterial solution and a fifth bacterial solution, and enabling all the bacterial solutions to react with each other so as to stimulate the agarwood to ooze resin with different components thereby generating fragrances with different levels; and transfusing a sixth bacterial solution to alleviate and stabilize the range of agar production of the agarwood. With the aforementioned steps, the agarwood continues oozing resin on peripheral tissues of an agar production region, so as to widen the range of agar production, generate fragrances with different levels, and improve the quality of agarwood.本發明為一種促進沉香樹結香的接種方法,係利用輸液設備將多種不同的菌液分次輸入沉香樹之木質部,以逐步誘導沉香樹結香,其步驟依序包含:在沉香樹之木質部輸入第一菌液,使沉香樹沿著木質部分泌樹脂結香;輸入第二、第三菌液,使各菌液彼此之間產生相互排斥來擴大結香範圍;輸入第四、第五菌液,使各菌液交互作用來刺激沉香樹分泌不同成分的樹脂進而產生不同層次的香味;以及輸入第六菌液來緩和並穩定沉香樹的結香範圍。藉由上述步驟,能夠讓沉香樹在結香區的外圍組織繼續分泌樹脂,擴大結香範圍並產生不同層次的香味,提升沉香品質。
