In one aspect, embodiments disclosed herein relate to multi-sensor imagingsystems for measuring a pulsatile bloodperfusion map and methods of use, including: one or more high accuracy bloodflow sensors that generate a reference blood volumewaveform one or more low accuracy blood flow sensors that generate a secondblood volume waveform and a controller connected tothe high accuracy blood flow sensor and the one or more low accuracy bloodflow sensors by at least one operable connection, whereinthe controller is configured to generate the pulsatile blood perfusion map byanalyzing the reference blood volume waveform and thesecond blood volume waveform.
