The grain germination device for facilitating oxygen supply and water circulation according to the present invention comprises: a tray capable of receiving grain to be germinated a main body which can receive the tray and in which water is stored an air discharge module which is installed under the main body and can provide air to the tray an air supply device connected to the air discharge module and supplying air and a backflow prevention valve for preventing a backflow of water while the air discharge module and the air supply device are being connected. Also, in the air discharge module, an air discharge part is formed which is provided with: a discharge support plate with a predetermined thickness which has a hollow therein a discharge axis functioning as a central axis around which the discharge support plate can be rotated a plurality of discharging partitions which are radially disposed around the discharging axis while protruding from the discharging support plate and are formed to have a plate shape having a predetermined thickness and a height, wherein the height is greater than the thickness.
