PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new use of a sheet being coated with or containing capsule particles of an isothiocyanic ester or a monoterpene compound, which the present inventor has developed before, especially to provide a means for cutting off smell when disposing of diapers and napkins containing human urine, human excrement, or used sanitary products for women.SOLUTION: The deodorant comprises a moisture-dependent powder composition containing capsule particles which contains an isothiocyanic ester or a monoterpene compound and a water-soluble film-forming agent, and made to include the isothiocyanic ester or the monoterpene compound by forming hygroscopic capsule particles with the water-soluble film-forming agent, the powder composition being coated or included in a sheet which is loaded in a bag for disposal of the diapers, napkins, or used sanitary products for women.
