PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an integrin α8β1-binding antibody that binds to integrin α8β1 derived from plural kinds of mammals of different species. In addition, an integrin α8β1 binding antibody having an effect of inhibiting the binding of integrin α8β1 and a ligand is obtained. An integrin α8β1-binding antibody that binds to integrin α8β1 derived from multiple types of mammals of different species was obtained. Further, integrin α8β1 binding inhibitor including integrin α8β1 binding antibody was obtained.
