PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-spraying device that can spray chemicals, as it is linked to the movement of the seedlings placed on the seedling feeder, though their structures are made simple and easy.SOLUTION: On the seedling feeder, is attached a chemical sprayer 20 that is operatively driven by the rotation of the conveying roller 16. When the reserve seedlings 15 move on the seedling feeder and pass through the conveying roller 16, when seedlings are fed the chemicals are sprayed on the seedlings.
