Disclosed herein are cosmetic compositions comprising (a) at least one ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable compound and (b) at least one photoinitiator system comprising at least one photoinitiatorhaving at least one absorption wavelength greater than about 350 nm. Also disclosed herein are methods of making up and/or enhancing the appearance of a keratinous substrate comprising (1 ) forming at least one film on the keratinous substrate by applying said cosmetic composition to the keratinous substrate and (2) exposing the film to UV-LED radiation.L'invention concerne des compositions cosmétiques qui contiennent (a) au moins un composé polymérisable à insaturation éthylénique et (b) au moins un système photoinitiateur qui comprend au moins un photoinitiateur possédant au moins une longueur d'onde d'absorption supérieure à environ 350 nm. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration de l'apparence d'un substrat kératineux comprenant les étapes consistant à (1) former au moins un film sur le substrat kératineux par application de ladite composition cosmétique sur le substrat kératineux et à (2) exposer le film au rayonnement d'une DEL UV.
