The invention discloses motion-compensation-based computed tomography (CT) equipment and a method. In the method, a motion parameter of an image target by utilizing a stereoscopic-vision-based motion measurement system and motion compensation is realized through a technology based on image matrix reconstruction conversion, and motion artifacts are eliminated to acquire a clear two-dimensional/three-dimensional CT image. By the equipment and the method, the motion artifacts caused by motion of a scanned object can be effectively eliminated in a CT scanning process, and an image can be conveniently embedded in the conventional CT scanning device so as to realize seamless connection. The equipment and the method can effectively improve the imaging quality of the conventional CT, have important significance on CT imaging of a special target which cannot automatically control certain motions, such as Parkinsons patients, infants, alive mice and the like, have ultra-high resolution human imaging and the like.
