The invention includes a pyramid-shaped tent or cover (1) having two layers, a dark inner layer and a transparent outer layer, installed on a support base (9) anchored to the ground or to floats on the surface of the ocean, comprising a vaporization means in the apex of the pyramid with micro nebulizers to pulverize the water to be treated, a means for the capture of humid air in a continuous or sectioned condensing column (3) and distillation in the subsoil and dissipation of the heat in a smaller water collection tank (4), and recirculation of dehumidified air inside the unit (1). The invention additionally comprises a computerized control system for the processes that includes control of the flow of air and nebulized water and operating conditions for the installation.
