PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly efficiently decontaminating radiation-contaminated soil.SOLUTION: The method for decontaminating radiation-contaminated soil includes: after pulverizing the surface layer of the radiation-contaminated soil, introducing water until the water depth from the soil surface reaches at least 5 cm stirring the water and the soil surface and leaving them as they are classifying the soil according to the grain size, precipitating coarse grain fractions, and then removing fine grain fractions.
