The method according to the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing and storing charcoal charcoal powder having uniform particls to produce a charcoal flowerpot mixing the charcoal powder with a resin agent and a hardening agent distributing particular quantities of the mixed charcoal powder, resin agent, and hardening agent compressing and molding the distributed and transferred charcoal powder, resin agent, and hardening agent drying the compressed and molded charcoal flowerpot molded product and individually packing the dried charcoal flowerpot molded product. The particles of the charcoal powder have a diameter of 1 to 3 mm.
