The invention relates to an implantable assembly for the locationally selective sensing of neuronal electrical signals and for selective electrical nerve stimulation, comprising the following components: an implantable electrode assembly (E) for the locationally selective sensing of the neuronal electrical signals, selective electrical stimulation, and the sensing of an EKG signal； an evaluating/control unit (A/S), in which the signals can be evaluated in a time-resolved manner in such a way that a neuronal time signal correlated to a physiological parameter, preferably blood pressure, can be derived； a comparator unit (K1), in which a time offset between the EKG signal and the neuronal time signal correlated with the physiological parameter can be determined； a function generator (F1), which generates, within a time frame determined by the evaluating/control unit (A/S) on the basis of the relative time offset, a stimulation signal, which is composed of a plurality of n individual pulses (EP) and which is adapted in phase and temporal amplitude progression to the derived neuronal time signal correlated with the physiological parameter； and a signal/current converter (SSW1), which conducts the stimulation signal for the selective electrical stimulation to the electrode assembly (2).
