The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Cynanchum wilfordii by a method of plating a seedstock of Cynanchum wilfordii derived from a Cynanchum wilfordii seed to a pot containing soil for cultivation. By using the cultivation method of the present invention, Cynanchum wilfordii can be harvested, wherein the Cynanchum wilfordii is not decomposed during long-term cultivation and has high efficacy and a good size； economical efficiency and marketability are enhanced due to easier harvest without concerns over damage； the shape thereof can be predicted beforehand by selecting seedstock of Cynanchum wilfordii in advance； and Cynanchum wilfordii vines can be prevented from damage by collapsing due to a storm or the like, as the Cynanchum wilfordii vines can be preferably cultivated in a sturdy vinyl greenhouse.본 발명은 백수오 종자로부터 얻어진 백수오 종근을 재배토가 담긴 화분에 식재하는 방법을 통하여 백수오를 재배하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 재배 방법을 사용하여 장기간 재배에도 썩지 않고 약효가 높으며 크기가 양호한 백수오를 수확할 수 있고, 훼손의 우려가 없이 손쉽게 수확할 수 있어서 경제성과 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 사전에 백수오 종근을 선별하여 그 형상을 미리 예측할 수 있고, 바람직하게는 견고한 비닐하우스에서 재배 가능하므로 태풍 등으로 인하여 백수오 넝쿨이 도복되는 피해를 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
