PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking body sheet allowing a user to detach layers in a target order when sticking to an object, even when irregularities to improve application of cosmetic are provided, causing no occurrence of wrinkles, and capable of being stuck without making an adhesive surface and a sticking body layer dirty that much.SOLUTION: A sticking body sheet is obtained by laminating a mount comprising a detachable sheet, a sticking material comprising an adhesive layer and a sticking body layer, and a carrier sheet in this order. The sticking body sheet has a grip part and a body part, and has a notch 7 penetrating only the mount extending to the nearly width direction of the sticking material in the thickness direction. The sticking body sheet is such that: a projection line to all the layers of the line is a border between the grip part and the body part； a notch 8 penetrating the sticking material and the carrier sheet in the thickness direction, or a notch 13 penetrating only the sticking material in the thickness direction is provided in the nearly width direction of the sticking material； and the line of the notch 8 or 13 includes a part positioned in the tip side direction of the grip part from the line of the notch 7 penetrating only the mount in the thickness direction, when viewed from the flat surface of the sticking body sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
