摘要：: Described herein are human antibody agents and multi-specific binding agents that specifically bind human CD19, in particular, native human CD19. Also provided herein are methods of using the same or compositions thereof for the detection, prevention and/or therapeutic treatment of diseases characterized by CD19 expression, in particular, B cell lymphomas and leukemias.本文中描述專一性結合人類CD19、尤其天然人類CD19之人類抗體藥劑及多專一性結合劑。本文亦提供使用其或其組合物偵測、預防及/或治療性處理以CD19表現為特徵之疾病、尤其B細胞淋巴瘤及白血病之方法。
