To be more specifically, the storage management system for hay and cottonseeds for a feed comprises: a transfer path； a hay storage unit including a first frame placed at a side surface of the transfer path, an opening formed on one surface of the first frame and formed on one surface facing the transfer path, and a first storage formed inside the first frame to store hay； and a cottonseed storage unit including a second frame formed in a cylindrical shape and placed at one side of the hay storage unit, and a second storage formed inside the second frame to store cottonseeds.
