PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus compatible with dynamic 3D-DSA that performs kinetic observation and three-dimensional reconfiguration, and is suitable for an intravascular surgery and an imaging during surgery, with high spatial resolution and economical rationality.
SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging apparatus includes: support mechanisms 51-54 for supporting an X-ray tube device 12 and an X-ray detector 14 freely rotatably around a subject a controller for controlling a tube voltage generation part, the X-ray detector and the support mechanisms so as to repeat a rotary imaging operation in which the X-ray tube device and the X-ray detector rotate around the subject for imaging K times (K is an integer of &ge2) while changing an imaging start angle and an image reconfiguration part for generating a plurality of images with the almost same elapsed time from the start of the rotary imaging operation or imaging start by interpolation processing from a plurality of images detected by the X-ray detector by K rotary imaging operations, and reconfiguring a three-dimensional image from the plurality of generated images.
