PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health functional food for the prevention and treatment of cancer by improving immunizing power and activating immunocyte and NK cell.
SOLUTION: Dietary fibers of Gagome tangle (Kjellmaniella crassifolia) containing water-soluble polysaccharides (complex of sugar and protein) as water-soluble dietary fiber, mulukhiya and the tuberous root, leaf and stalk of Yakon (Smallanthus sonchifolius) are freeze-dried and the obtained powdery materials are mixed with freeze-dried powder of several kinds of vegetables. Powdery agar is put into mineral water containing a multiple kinds of minor minerals (metallic elements) and boiled for &ge3 min, the above vegetable powder mixture is added to the solution in the course of cooling, and the product is tableted.
