The present invention relates to a cycling exercise tool in which a user may simply work a pedal, so an exercising effect of a leg may be ensured and angular deformity may be corrected or prevented. The cycling exercise tool comprises: a base plate (10) formed in a flat plate shape a plurality of rotation inducing units (A) formed to be corresponded to each of left and right divided spaces on one surface of the base plate so as to induce rotation force by means of the mutual operation of left and right pedals (13) a rotation transferring unit (B) for obtaining rotation force derived from the rotation inducing units through interlocking between gears and a chain driving unit (C) for receiving the rotation force of the rotation inducing units by means of the operation of the rotation transferring unit, and transferring the rotation force to a chain so as to drive a wheel. The rotation inducing units (A) are tilted to the opposite directions to face the center of the base plate (10), so rotation is performed.
