PURPOSE: A method for correcting ultrasound images using an interest index map and a device thereof are provided to obtain a tomographic image of soft tissues by using information of an ultrasonic signal reflected from the tissues in a body.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic output part(210) outputs an ultrasonic signal to an object. The ultrasonic output part supports multiplex focus. The ultrasonic output part outputs the ultrasonic signal by using various waveforms of pulses.
