PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain function measuring device and a brain function measuring electrode that can measure an electroencephalogram signal with high accuracy while reducing a burden to a subject.SOLUTION: A brain activity measuring device includes: a light emitting part 20 detained in a position opposed to the measured region in the skull of a subject and irradiating the measured region with light a light receiving part 21 for receiving the light propagating the measured region two or more sensor units 4 having an electrode 22 for measuring a brain wave through the measured region and a communication unit 5 provided separately from the two or more sensor units 4, and communicating to each sensor unit 4 in a non-contact manner and supplying electric power.
