PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionary containing black vinegar and a method for producing the same, enabling the confectionary without giving a peculiar flavor of the black vinegar by mixing the dough of the confectionary with black vinegar mash.
SOLUTION: This method for preparing the confectionary containing the black vinegar, and having adhesiveness and health-promoting effect is constituted by baking the dough of the confectionary obtained by adding chicken eggs, wheat flour, sugar as a sweet seasoning material and the black vinegar to the strained black vinegar mash and kneading.
